But just a few months before the shoot, Nasir fell ill and he had to undergo a surgery which restricted him to take the stress of a full feature film. The film was initially going to be helmed by Nasir and not Mansoor. One fine afternoon Nasir told his team that the name would be Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak and everyone was impressed.
